WHY DO WORKPLACE YOGA

Your crew is your most valuable resource and they deserve a little t.l.c. to prove it. Stress is up there as the top motivation and productivity killer (not to mention just a real killer in general) but it doesn't have to be that way. We've got the goods to combat that lil' stress devil.
Workplace yoga is an amazing way to reduce stress, improve workplace morale, increase productivity and take some time to bring the whole crew together. Yoga can be an epic start to your day, a welcome break from sitting at the computer all day, or a relaxing way to de-stress at the end of the day.

HOW IT WORKS

You have a space. You and your co-workers have mats. It's really that simple.
I come to you whenever is best for your crew, transform the space and we have an amazing, accessible-to-everyone, good-vibe-spreading  yoga class! No hassle of travel or traffic, of parking or crowds, no pre-planning required.
We can meet once or twice a week (+) in packages of 3, 6 and 12 months.

MORE REASONS TO DO YOGA AT WORK
(PS.it gets real.)

Stress is a true health hazard to our modern world.  It can lead to flu-like symptoms, muscle tension and strain, increased heart rate and blood pressure, sleep problems, or being mentally unstable and irritable. Over time, stress can lead to severe fatigue and burnout, anxiety and depression, problems with cognitive and executive functioning, relationships and family problems, somatic complaints like a weakened immune system, cardiovascular disorders, digestive problems, and chronic illnesses.
Consequences of stress at the workplace can be a loss of productivity, absenteeism, accidents, poorer judgments, errors, interpersonal problems and conflicts, chronic somatic diseases, abuse of alcohol and drugs, and mental diseases (European Agency for Safety and Health at Work
2014; Kalia 2002).
The costs of stress are enormous on both a personal and a societal level. Total annual costs of disorders that were caused by stress were estimated to be $660 billion in the USA and €920 billion in Europe (Mino et al. 2006).

Let's be honest. We can do better.
