These are NOT one-size fits all packages. They all include some yoga but not yoga-for-everybody, yoga for you. They all include some shadow work, but your shadow ain't nobody else's shadow.
Each person I work with is unique + complex. You are unique + complex.
Maybe you want to reconnect with your body, maybe you want better relationships, maybe you want to stop being a ball of anxiety, maybe you just know there's more to life than what's in front of you.
And so, just like you, each program I create is unique + complex. No two souls will have the same goals or get the same outcome but each will gain a holistic view on the parts that make them whole. And that's where dramatic change happens.
THE INTRO TO YOU PACKAGE. FOUR WEEKS.
4 weeks to answer some of your most burning questions -
about your mental health, your purpose in life, your connection to yourself, your nutrition + your body.
You'll have email + video contact with Kassidy for the full 4 weeks. We'll also be using Slack to keep all your videos, handouts, meal plans, etc in one place. Check in anytime you need in between sessions, we're in this together after all.
How it works:
We'll work together one-on-one via phone or video to sift through the workings of your life. I'm a flashlight, here to brighten the dark corners. I'll be with you every step of the way.
\\ 1.5hr. session to dig up some of your deepest goals + darkest shadows - because you can't know where you're going if you don't know where you've been. We'll get into some of the shadow stuff right away so we can start to move through it right-a-way.
\\ Nutritional assessment
\\ 1 hr. yoga practice+video access - the beginnings of a deeper connection to the vessel that moves you.
\\ 1 hr. session where we go over some of your blocks + struggles. We're shining our flashlight a little brighter. We'll start to bring in some nutrition talks + changes to your diet that'll bring you more into harmony with yourself.
\\ 1 hr. session that's getting deeper into your self-awareness, your connection to the things that may be harming your progress and also - your adrenals, your hormones and anything else that might be lowering your super-shiny-high vibration.
\\ 1 hr. yoga practice+video access
\\ 1 hr. session. It's our check-in time. We'll have shone a light into the dark corners of your soul and found a few things that maybe needed the ol' heave-ho. Now we get to refine what moving forward looks like for you. They'll be some homework and some continued accountability.

The Deep Work. 3 months together.
This package gets deep. True growth+change take time. It takes repetition, falling down, getting up, trying again+learning things over+over again. We rarely learn things (and keep them) overnight. Life changes are certainly no exception. I want you to feel stable in the changes we've made together. So, we'll make sure they become deeply integrated.
How it works:
Our second month will be the similar to the Intro To You Package, but we won't stop there. Deep and lasting change takes deep work.
As we did in the first month, we'll work together one-on-one via phone, video or in person, to sift through the workings of your life.
1 meeting per week (up to 1 hour) + 1 personalized yoga video/class bi-weekly
These months we're fine tuning. The questions will be deeper, the journaling may hit you a little harder and you might be thrown a little more into the things you've been avoiding. At this point, we'll have started to hone in on the nutritional roadblocks that were causing disruptions, irritations and even emotional upsets. It's pretty darn likely that books will be shared, tears will be shed and lightbulbs will have gone off. We're in it.
As always, you'll have email access to Kassidy 24 hrs a day alongside our weekly check-ins. We'll also use Slack so you can see all the videos, info and important things that are part of your plan.
