One-on-one sessions are focused solely on you and your goals. We work closely together as little or as often as you like.
You get hands-on adjustments and refinements you can never get in a large class, targeted goal setting and undivided attention.
HOW IT WORKS
You have a space and a mat. That's all you need to get started.
I come to you whenever is best for you, you show up just as you are, we create space for ourselves and the we up our good vibes by way of an amazing, soul-healing yoga class.
We can meet once or twice a week (+) in packages of 3, 6 and 12 months.
